  OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  Before recruitment someone for your businesses, we follow our hiring processes.

  Gather interestedstaff

  We must let the staffs on our book know that You are looking for an eligible staff for your workplace. Once we supply the info to our staffs, we would start receiving interests from staffs. Sometimes we post the ads on our website and other job posting sites with extra expenses. We also start contacting staffs who already registered with us for their interest. Once we have enough interested staff, we go for second step.

  Take background checks and eligibility

  Once we get the enough staff we need, we then start checking their files, personal details and background checks. If the staffs’ details are already on our system, we will double check their verification. If any new staff applied the work, then we ask for every single document that we need. We check their eligibility to work with us. We verify their identity and work experience. Once we have enough confident that the Staff is suitable and eligible

  Start Interviewing

  Only after we get our eligible staff, they must go through interviewing processes with one of our hiring experts. Our hiring expert knows how to spot lie so that we don’t end up sending wrong staffs to our client’s workplace. Our interview process is rather friendly and deep. We make sure the staff in interview are comfortable and we can understand the interviewed staff’s capabilities. The interview might be taken place in various of forms such as:

  • Face to face- Looking at the current situation and requirement of the Client we most of the time go for Face-to-face meeting. This type of interview helps us to understand more about the Applicant more.
  • On call- Most of the time face to face interview or even online interview are not required depending up on position vacant and Clients need. In such instant, a simple phone interview might take place. This happens to those staffs who already worked with us in past.
  • Online meeting- This interview process is common now specially during covid-19 pandemic period. We make sure there are as little as possible physical contact between staffs and us. Online meeting is very famous and often at the current situation.
  • Site visit- Most of the time staffs are send direct to the site for visit. Depending up on the Applicant history and qualification, Site visit will allow the staff to go to workplace and meet the Client or site supervisor and give trail or direct meeting.

Once we get the filled and signed documents back, we will do final check before sending staff for trial and site visit.

  Send for site visit and trail

  After a proper document check and final check, we send staff for the first time to visit Client at workplace. The client will have chance to meet to the staff allocated for the work and can take interview or minimum trial and select the wright candidate.

  After final approval from Client and staff, the staff will be coming back to his/her daily shift at your workplace.
