MY BEAM LABOUR HIRE is seeking dedicated and hardworking General Labourers for placement at our client’s sheet metal factory. The successful candidates will assist in various tasks throughout the production process and contribute to the efficient operation of the factory.

Operation time:

Mon - Thurs - 6 am to 2:30 pm, Friday - 6 am - 12 pm 

No overtime, only work for 38 hrs. 

Pay Rates Ranges From 29.33-30.13 dollar per hour

Payday is Every Thursday 

Safety shoes and a Hi-Vis T-shirt are Required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the handling, shaping, and assembly of sheet metal products.
• Operating basic machinery and tools under supervision.
• Loading and unloading materials and products.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Performing other general labour duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from the factory.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime.
